Oppo F1 Plus Details

Only a few months have passed since Oppo launched the original F1 Oppo, the self-proclaimed “Selfie Expert”. Now, if F1 Plus is not the fastest update in this industry, it should at least be up and running. Apart from the super-compressed release plan, although the original was advertised as a “Selfie Expert,” the Plus 16 megapixel version must be a selfie-certified DoP compared to Rocker.

To be fair, the F1 Plus can be seen as a completely different device. At home in China, he is even known as Oppo R9 and is part of a different focus within the company’s portfolio. And while these selfie accreditations are the main selling point of the F1 Plus, Oppo will not miss the opportunity to highlight some other aspects of the new phone.

On the one hand, the design is much more elegant: Oppo has replaced rough edges for a slightly more curvilinear shape, a texture and a more uniform color scheme in general. Impressive thickness of 6.6mm, edge protection edge of 5.5 inches and a 2.5D glass in the top provide the premium feeling that is sought for the packaging.

The bowels of the F1 Plus have also been redone, though they look good only for a medium game experience. The Octa-Core Mediatek Helio P10, 4 GB of RAM, a larger Full HD AMOLED display and the fast charging VOOC support are clear points for the new Oppo F1, which is now outdated.

Here are some of the features of Oppo F1 Plus.

Main features of Oppo F1 Plus

Metal alloy body
Hybrid dual SIM / microSD slot
5.5-inch AMOLED display with 1080p and 401ppi resolution
Octa-Core 2.0 GHz, Cortex-A53, SoC Mediatek MT 6755 Helio P10, 4 GB RAM
64 GB of internal memory
Color OS 3.0 on Android 5.1
13 MP main camera, f / 2.2 with autofocus and phase detection with a single LED flash
16 MP, f / 2.0 front camera that can record 1080p video
Cat. 6 LTE (300 / 50Mbps) with 2×20 carrier aggregation; Wi-Fi dual band b / g / n; Bluetooth 4.0; GPS / GLONASS; Micro USB
2,850 mAh battery capacity with fast VOOC support

main disadvantages

Non-removable battery
MediaTek P10 is not much faster than last year’s mid-range chipsets
In general, we really have to give it to Oppo and F1 Plus. After the first inspection, the Chinese equipment manufacturer in our test seems to have solved all the problems we had with the Oppo F1. Better visualization – check, more RAM and memory – check, VOOC – definitely check. In order not to touch our own horn or anything, the conclusion is that F1 Plus had a program and did it to improve its predecessor in every possible way.

As for the refined exterior, it is of course a neat effort by Oppo, but the visual appeal of the Oppo F1 Plus may not be universal, so follow it to take a closer look in the next chapter.
